Reception hours

9am-6.30pm weekdays and weekends. These hours may be extended during peak periods. As a courtesy, please make arrangements for out-of-hours arrivals and departures with office staff prior to your stay.

Deposit & Payments

Your payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The park will process this against your credit card and send a confirmation email.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that at times you may need to change or cancel your travel plans, so the following cancellation conditions apply: Outside of 28 days – *Refund of payment less a $25 administration charge. Inside of 28 days no refund will apply.


Dogs: We allow well-behaved dogs all year round, including all peak periods, however they are not to be taken into any cabins or other park buildings with the exception of registered Guide Dogs.


All visitors MUST register at reception before entering and visitor vehicles MUST park outside the park grounds. Visitors MUST sign out on leaving and MUST leave before 8pm. Visitors that ignore these conditions will be dealt with as tresspassers.
