Bookings

Bookings are best secured via our online booking system; this is a secure portal to enter all your details.

Check-in

Sites: after 10am, cabins: from 2pm

An early check-in may be possible if arranged in advance, please call reception to discuss.

Check-out

Sites and cabins: 10am

Reception Hours

Peak season 9:00am – 5:30pm.

After Reception Hours Check-in Procedure

For after-hours check-in, payment must be received prior to your check-in date.

Arrive at our Reception counter as you normally would, there you will find a ticket with your name and a site map with directions to your site or room and a key to the bathrooms or your room.

Payments

Your payment card details are required at the time of booking and your full booking payment will be processed on the day of your arrival.

A confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you.

NOTE: Your booking will be cancelled if your card is declined or will not transact. Where possible, an email will be sent to inform you and contact must be made with reception to make payment or payment arrangements before your booking can be reconfirmed.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that at times you may need to change or cancel your travel plans, so the following conditions apply:

Change of date, no charge but subject to availability.

Cancellation with more than 28 days notice, a $20 administration fee will apply,

Cancellation 15 – 28 days prior to arrival date, a $35 administration fee will apply,

Cancellation 8 – 14 days prior to arrival date, one full night fee will apply.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or less, full booking cost will apply.

Noise Curfew

For the comfort of all guests we ask that you restrict loud noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Site Requests

Please note, while we will make our best effort to accommodate your request, site selections are not guaranteed.

Pets

Dogs: We allow well-behaved dogs all year round, including all peak periods, however they are not to be taken into any cabins or other park buildings with the exception of registered Guide Dogs.

Visitors

All visitors MUST register at reception before entering and visitor vehicles MUST park outside the park grounds. Visitors MUST sign out on leaving and MUST leave before 8pm.
